Law review could be important learning tool.Good job on the magazine but I have mixed feelings on the Law Review section every month. I think that portraying various court cases is a wonderful learning tool, but sometimes I find reading the intricacies of the case tedious at best; sometimes I'm I'm Contraction of I am. Our Living Language Speakers of some scattered varieties of American English sometimes use I'm instead of I've or I have in present perfect constructions, as in not even sure I'm accurately following what has occurred as the case proceeds. If I am really interested I will certainly read through, but truthfully I want to know the final outcome before I even start. If I could design the approach that would work for me I would provide a summation summation n. the final argument of an attorney at the close of a trial in which he/she attempts to convince the judge and/or jury of the virtues of the client's case. (See: closing argument) of the issue at hand and the final outcome in about five or six sentences at the beginning of the article. Contained in those sentences would be the legal principle at work in the case. Doing this might have more members reading things that could have relevance in their own situations whereas now, I'm guessing that aside from those who are truly interested in the particular case at hand, a lot of skimming Skimming An electronic method of capturing a victim's personal information used by identity thieves. The skimmer is a small device that scans a credit card and stores the information contained in the magnetic strip. gets done. Given the complexity of some of these case treatments, skimming might not be the best approach to really learning what the outcome was.
