Law firms double up on Third Ave.SageGroupAssociates, a division of Sage Realty Corporation, announced the signing of a 10-year lease at its 747 Third Avenue building by two of New York's top commercial, white-collar criminal law firms This list of the world's largest law firms by revenue is taken from The Lawyer and The American Lawyer and is ordered by 2006 revenue:[1]
PLLC Polk Life and Learning Center (Bartow, FL) PLLC Partners of Limited Liability Corporation . The firms will share 4,900 s/f on the building's 32nd floor. Sage man aging director Michael Lenchner, long with managing director Greg Gang, represented the landlord in the transaction. Representing the tenants was Greg Taubin of Studley. Built in 1972, and designed by Emery Roth and Pamela Waters, 747 Third Avenue is a 38-floor, 400,000-s/f nautical themed building with a unique front porch. |
