The landlord was represented in-house by Jeffrey Greenberg and Steven Greenberg. John V.N. Klein, partner and Lois Carter Schlissel, managing attorney at Meyer Suozzi, represented the law firm in the transaction, while the landlord was represented by Robert Sandler of Farrell Fritz PC.
