"Our firm was one of the first tenants at 80 Pine Street. We are pleased that we will continue as a downtown law firm with the Rudin family well into this century," said Immanuel Kohn, the law firm's executive committee chairman.

William C. Rudin, president of Rudin Management Co., said, "We are delighted that Cahill Gordon will continue as an important tenant at 80 Pine Street. Its commitment is an indication of the confidence that the vast majority of downtown tenants have in the resilience of Lower Manhattan and its bright future. My grand father Sam shook hands with John T. We commit to cntinue this relationship for another four decades."
