Law firm introduces some structure to its operations.


Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  today announced the formation of a new practice, the Structured Real Estate Investments Group.

The seven-partner practice will focus on structured transactions involving real estate and related assets and draw upon the resources of specialists in the Firm's real estate, corporate, tax and bankruptcy groups.

The Group works closely with the Firm's internationally recognized Tax group to devise and implement tax efficient structures which address U.S. and foreign tax concerns.
