 in a 58,777 s/f lease renewal at 99 Wood Avenue South in Iselin, New Jersey Iselin (pronounced IZ-lin) is a census-designated place and unincorporated area within Woodbridge Township, in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the CDP population was 16,698. .

Senior vice president Jacqueline Witmondt and vice president Douglas Rowe were responsible for this lease transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented landlord, Metro Corporate Campus One.

"GVA Williams New Jersey was pleased to represent Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP in their lease renewal," stated Rowe. "The firm's goal was to continue its presence in the Metropark in a Class A building so that it would be within minutes of the major highways in the state. Metro Corporate Campus One satisfied that need."

A Class-A office building, 99 Wood Avenue South has amenities such as gated security and covered parking. Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP renewed their lease due to the property's easy accessibility to the Garden State Parkway The Garden State Parkway is a 172.4-mile (277-km) limited-access toll parkway that stretches the length of New Jersey from the New York state line at Montvale, New Jersey, to Cape May at the southern tip of the state. Its name refers to the state nickname, the "Garden State".  and spacious accommodations.
