Law firm expands at 450 Park.

, Inc. announced that Wolf, Block, Schorr & Solis-Cohen, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , a Pennsylvania limited liability partnership, has leased 44,370 s/f at 250 Park Avenue.

Wolf Block, whose lease was set to expire in 2007, chose to renew early and expand from their current 31,662 s/f space.

David L. Hoffman, Jr., executive managing director; Robert L. Billingsley, Vice Chairman; and Wendy Miller, managing director, all of Colliers ABR represented the building owner. Rob Lowe and John Cefaly of Cushman & Wakefield represented Wolf Block.
