Law firm doubles space.

In a deal arranged by the Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc., the law firm of Cerussi & Spring has leased 13,000 square feet at One North Lexington Avenue (Gateway), announced Michael H. Siegel, executive director of ESG's Westchester/Fairfield office.

Cerussi & Spring, which previously occupied 6,400 square feet on the seventh floor of the Gateway building, is doubling its size and will move into 13,000 square of space on the sixth floor of the building.
