Lauth celebrates grand opening of Cinemark.

Lauth is celebrating the grand opening of the new Cinemark Theater at Porter's Vale in Indiana.

The 39,000 square foot, 12 screen theater features state-of-the-art digital sound, stadium seating and online ticketing.

"The opening of Cinemark will attract people to Porter's Vale every day," said Larry Evinger, First Vice President of Retail at Lauth.

When complete, the 750,000 square foot Porter's Vale will blend the best aspects of a lifestyle center and the popular shopping destinations of a traditional power center.

JCPenney opened a concept store at Porter's Vale last year. The development also includes an Office Depot, Rue 21, and Justice for Girls. Other retailers will be announced in the months ahead. Lauth is in the second phase of this four phase development.

Lauth is one of the nation's leading development and construction firms.

Last month, the company announced plans to build two new distribution buildings in North Pointe Industrial Park near the Port of Charleston. Earlier in April it broke ground on a 68,500 SF medical office building adjacent to Imperial Point Medical Center in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Lauth will "top off" NASCAR Plaza, a 20-story, world-class office tower in downtown Charlotte later this month.
