Lauth Moss Secures Second North Broward Hospital District Project.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Marking their second significant deal together, Lauth Property Group and Moss & Associates of Fort Lauderdale, Florida has been awarded the development of a 70,000-square foot physician office building located at Imperial Point Medical Center. The medical center is a facility of the North Broward Hospital District.

The new physician office building is located to the east of the existing medical center with significant visibility from Federal Highway. When complete, the facility will offer an enclosed connector to the hospital, surface parking, and a drop off canopy. Construction will begin in early 2006 and is slated for completion in early 2007.

Lauth Moss also recently announced their award of a similar, but larger 182,000 square-foot project at Broward General Medical Center, the flagship medical center of the North Broward Hospital District and the largest hospital in the county.

Over the past year, Lauth's healthcare division has developed a pipeline of 30 potential projects representing approximately two million square feet and $300 million.
