LATTICE LATTICE president David Schmitt on the future of OS/2: "One of the things that has become clearer to us as a result of our work in both DOS and OS/2 is that the 286 is probably never going to be a successful OS/2 machine. The real OS/2 machine is the 386, and OS/2 is not going to come into its own until there's a 35-bit version of it on the 386." (Quoted in Programmer's Update, 12/89)
