In order to have a triumphant reform that will improve our children's education, parents need to be in charge of where their children are being educated," said Reverend Miguel Rivera, President of CONLAMIC. School choice is a parent's right to choose the school his/her children attend. This measure is the highest form of accountability that will improve existing Latino education conditions.
