Laser Vision Centers Inc. signs first RMSO agreement with large Minneapolis practice.

The agreement is the Company's first contract under its newly established RMSO program, a program which is expected to help better position LaserVision for the anticipated entry of managed care into the refractive surgery market. The RMSO program is designed to provide superior surgical results and increase same practice sales. The Company said it now plans to begin the sales process of its initial target group of industry leaders.

Laser Vision Centers, Inc. is the world's largest operator of excimer lasers with locations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Finland and Greece. The excimer laser is a device which allows eye surgeons to correct nearsightedness nearsightedness or myopia, defect of vision in which far objects appear blurred but near objects are seen clearly. Because the eyeball is too long or the refractive power of the eye's lens is too strong, the image is focused in front of the  with an outpatient procedure which usually lasts less than one minute.
