The Instru-Safe Laryngeal System from Micromedics, Inc., keeps extra-long, fine-shafted instruments together as a set. Alligator-style scissors, needle holders, knot pushers, spreaders, and cup-style forceps are individually protected on the system's "pullout" shelf. Silicone Hold-Its have been designed for specific instrument patterns and sizes, to provide superior protection and keep instruments in their best possible working condition.

Systems can be reconfigured as instrument inventory changes. Instruments are held in the preferred open position for maximum exposure to sterilant. The open-mesh aluminum construction allows maximum thermal transfer and sterilant penetration. These systems pay for themselves by reducing instrument repair and/or replacement expense and the need to have backup instrument inventories.
