Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on :LDII) Thursday announced the completion of an agreement with Harris Miller Harris N. Miller is an American politician and businessman. He was formerly the president of the Information Technology Association of America and the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA). Miller & Hanson Inc. (HMMH HMMH High Mobility Material Handler ). LDII has licensed its ANOMS ANOMS Airport Noise and Operations Monitoring System airport monitoring software technology to HMMH. HMMH will assume the management and implementation of current airport noise monitoring system installation and maintenance contracts associated with ANOMS. HMMH will use its best efforts to include LDII hardware in any future airport monitoring system proposals. In conjunction with this agreement, LDII will assign a $3.6 million contract recently awarded by the City of Chicago for a monitoring system at O'Hare and Midway airports to HMMH, subject to approval by the City of Chicago. LDII will provide an estimated $1 - 1.2 million of sound monitoring hardware and services for the system. In an unrelated transaction LDII has received approximately $1,150,000 (net) from the exercise of previously issued warrants to acquire 500,000 shares of common stock. A registration statement covering the resale of the common stock issued pursuant to these warrants has been previously declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
