Larken Associates announced new lease signings at two of its
commercial complexes in the Somerset County, N.J. town of Hillsborough.
* AA Academy of CME has signed a three-year lease for 1,135 s/f at
Hillsborough Business Center, the 23-building commercial campus. The
space is located at 3 Jill Court, a premium site on a private cul-de-sac
street within the Hillsborough Business Center.
* Transformation Physician Weight Management, LLC signed a 1,184s/f
lease at the Gateway Building, an American colonial-designed two-story
office and medical building located at the intersection of Route 206
& Raider Blvd.
Victor Kelly, a vice president of Raider Really, is the exclusive
broker for Larken Associates.
