 (JGT JGT Journal of Graphic Tools ), has closed one of the largest office leases in Morris County this year. Simon was responsible for consummating a long-term lease for 47,000 square feet at Eagle Rock I at Eagle Rock Executive Park in East Hanover, New Jersey East Hanover Township is a township in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. As of the United States 2000 Census, the township population was 11,393. Incorporated in 1928, it is a largely middle to upper-income suburban community situated roughly 25 miles west of New York City.  on behalf of dynamicsoft Inc. Steve Jennings Steven ("Steve") Michael Jennings (born July 24, 1969 in Bethesda, Maryland) is a former field hockey defender, who competed for the United States since 1991 and finished twelfth with the national team at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia.  of Reckson Associates represented the landlord.

Unique to this transaction was the extraordinary growth that dynamicsoft experienced during the planning stages of the lease implementation. When Simon began advising dynamicsoft, the company had only six employees, and by the time the lease was executed at Eagle Rock I, the company had grown to 70 full-time professionals.
