Lar's magic.In response to "Missing a Choreographer?" ("Letters," October, page 12), I always thought that no one could move a crowd like Lar Lubovitch. He paints in broad strokes, uses a group as an entity, and creates visually stunning pieces that challenge our perception of movement. His work has a largeness that amplifies the power of motion and moves it beyond the individual. I remember an organic sense of satisfaction watching his choreography. It's almost like watching land masses at work. There was a brief bit of his work in the movie, The Company, but what else has he been doing?
