Lansco team completes leasing at swanky 135,000 s/f Astor building.


FIG & OLIVE, a Mediterranean restaurant devoted to including olive oil olive oil, pale yellow to greenish oil obtained from the pulp of olives by separating the liquids from solids. "We were able to lease out the entire building to an array of prominent and sophisticated tenants in just under three years," said Eulau. "There is always high demand for quality space in the Meatpacking District, and in turn, it is where some of the most prominent labels and companies in the world establish their prestigious boutiques."

Fashion icon, Theory, leased 11,000 square feet of office space. Eulau and Cohen also represented the tenant in the transaction;

Fabrizio Ferri's Industria Superstudio Group, creative photography and events studio, leased 500 s/f of office and studio space. Eulau and Cohen also represented the tenant in the transaction.

Neal Street Productions, a UK independent film and theater production company, leased 1,600 square feet of office space for its first ever US location. Susan Penzner and Nathan Stange of Susan Penzner Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction;

Asian-inspired mega-restaurant, China Grill, leased 1,300s/f of office space. Eulau and Cohen also represented the tenant in the transaction;

Fashion photographer, Kelly Klein, leased 2,700 s/ f of office space. Susan Penzner and Nathan Stange of Susan Penzner Real Estate represented the tenant in the transaction;

Seamless Showrooms, a showroom featuring designs from Michelle Jonas and Fighting Eel, among others, leased 1,200 s/f of office space. Lisa Giordano of Vintage Property represented the tenant in the transaction;

Coen + Partners, a nationally regarded landscape architect, leased 1,000 s/f of office space. Eulau and Cohen also represented the tenant in the transaction;

Creative Exchange Agency, a public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  firm that represents stylists, editors and photographers, including David LaChapelle, leased 2,200 s/f of office space. Eulau and Cohen also represented the tenant in the transaction.

Arium, a unique tea and hair salon, leased 3,500 s/f of office and retail space. Eulau and Cohen also represented the tenant in the transaction;

John Jacob Astor, the patriarch of the Astor family dynasty and America's first millionaire of record, built the building at 416 West 13th Street in 1902 as the Colliers Publishing House. The building features 40,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and 95,000 square feet of commercial office space on four floors including the lower level. The building is just a block away is the new Standard Hotel and the High Line, which is undergoing a major restoration with a park and office and retail developments.
