Lannett Company Launches New Generic Product.

PHILADELPHIA -- Lannett Company, Inc. (AMEX:LCI), a manufacturer of generic pharmaceuticals, today announced the launch of a combination drug product Esterified Estrogens with Methyltestosterone tablets in full and half strengths. Esterified Estrogens with Methyltestosterone tablets were developed by and are manufactured by Lannett. This product has the same active ingredients as Estratest(R) and Syntest(R), marketed by Solvay Pharmaceuticals and Breckinridge Labs, respectively.

The current total annual retail market value of Esterified Estrogens with Methyltestosterone tablets is $183 million.
