Crowe today announced the legal name change of its logistics division, Landstar Transportation Services Inc. (LTSI), to Landstar Logistics Inc., and the appointment of James R. Hertwig as Executive Vice President of Landstar System and President of Landstar Logistics, a newly created position. Hertwig, 44, will supervise the operations of Landstar Logistics as well as Landstar System's government transportation services and automotive marketing areas. Along with the name change, Crowe also announced that Landstar ITCO ITCO International Trade Centre Organisation , Landstar's intermodal company, will fall under the Landstar Logistics umbrella, further positioning the company as a leader in the logistics/intermodal arena. Chris Kinsel, Executive Vice President of Business Development for Landstar ITCO, will continue in this capacity at Landstar Logistics.
