Prices of the three-bedroom and up residences range from $1 .495 million to $3.25 million. The building's top floor, which contains 7,278 SF of open space and a 3,094-SF wrap around terrace, will be sold raw and is being priced at $8.5 million. Many of 21 Astor Place's residences will have home offices, original exposed brick walls, fireplaces, and arched windows.
