The comprehensive eight-year, $600 million Landings at HarborSide project, which is being constructed by Westminster Communities, incorporates residential and retail development, recreation, parks, a marina and a future hotel site. When completed, it will feature more than 2,000 residential and up to 150,000 s/f of retail space.

The Red Grant Regatta, which ran concurrently with the Perth Amboy Waterfront Festival, took place at the Raritan Yacht Club from Friday, July 9 through Sunday, July 11.

The 2004 Summer Breeze Jazz Cruise Concert Series is presented by the Cornucopia cornucopia (kôr'nykō`pēə), in Greek mythology, magnificent horn that filled itself with whatever meat or drink its owner requested.  Cruise Line A cruise line is a company that operates cruise ships. Cruise lines have a dual character; they are partly in the transportation business, and partly in the leisure entertainment business, a duality that carries down into the ships themselves, which have both a crew headed by the  of Perth Amboy and No Doubt Entertainment. Each Wednesday evening through August 11, the Cornucopia Princess sets sail for a two-hour sunset cruise featuring intimate live performances by popular Jazz artists.

The free concerts take place each Sunday at 3 p.m. They feature vocal and instrumental soloists and include a variety of musical selections.
