Landers Commercial Real Estate just completed a series of negotiations for Japanese clients, making the firm the leader in total number of transactions conducted for Japanese companies This is a list of companies from Japan. In addition to its activities in Manhattan and Westchester, Landers Commercial operates a Los Angeles affiliate and is currently representing Mitsui OSK in its requirements in San Francisco. Last year, Landers relocated their U.S. headquarters from the World Trade Center to Harborside Financial Center in a 40,000-square-foot transaction. The firm also recently completed the 12,500-square-foot long-term lease for Yomiuri America's new US headquarters at 666 Fifth Avenue, and is active on behalf of a number of major Japanese firms in Manhattan, Westchester, San Francisco, Long Beach California, Atlanta and other major markets nationwide.
