A Pleasant Hill victory would give the Billies the top seed, and Marist and Junction City would meet at the Morse Event Center on Saturday to determine the No. 2 and No. 3 seeds.

Ryan Patterson scored 20 points to lead Junction City, which shot 23.5 percent from the field.

Class 2A girls state playoffs

Lakeview 51, Oakridge 39: Kelsie Flynn scored 16 points and Keli Hall added nine to lead the visiting Honkers in the first-round victory.

Orie Gamez had 10 points and Veronica Saraz added nine to lead the Warriors (14-12), who were the No. 2 seed from the Trico League.

Gold Beach 61, Harrisburg 48: Briana Wallace had 27 points, Felicia Knox added 13 and Courtney McGinnis scored 10 to lead the host Panthers. Gold Beach (20-5) will travel to No. 1-ranked Willamina (26-0) for a second-round game Friday.

Wallace scored 25 points in the second half.

Erica Traw scored 17 points and Caitlin Francalancia added 16 to lead Harrisburg (14-12).

Santiam Christian 58, Oakland 38: Katherine Hellesto scored 22 points to lead the Eagles past the Oakers in Adair Village.

Santiam Christian (21-8) will travel to Cascade A connected series of devices or images. It often implies that the second and subsequent device takes over after the previous one is used up.
