 City-based urban communities builder, has made the following personnel changes: Torn Guiteras was appointed director of development; Stephen Jordan Stephen Robert Jordan (born March 6, 1982 in Warrington, England), is an English footballer, currently playing for Burnley F.C in the English Football League Championship as a defender.  was named director of land acquisition; and Dana Yogel was promoted to vice president of development. Guiteras was a project manager for JH Snyder Co.; Jordan was land acquisition manager for Pulte Homes Pulte Homes, Inc (NYSE: PHM) is a Bloomfield Hills, MI based company founded by Bill Pulte. Pulte is the third largest (by units) builder of homes and residential community developers in the United States according to Builder Magazine's"Builder 100", and is the nation's ; and Yogel was director of development for Laing Urban.
