Lacoste joining the hip crowd in trendy SoHo.


The leasing team of Faith Hope Consolo, Vice Chairman, and Joseph A. Aquino, formerly with Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. and now heading up the retail team at Prudential Prudential is the name of two different companies and buildings named after them:

Companies:
  • Prudential plc is a United Kingdom-based financial services company.
  • Prudential Financial, Inc.
 Douglas Elliman, represented the landlord in leasing the retail space at 130 Prince Street to Paris-based apparel and accessories designer Lacoste.

The store will be the retailer's third stand-alone location in Manhattan, and its first in Soho, when it opens next spring.

The 10-year lease is for 1,500 s/f and features 20 feet of street frontage. Nicole Miller Nicole Miller (born 1952, Lenox, Massachusetts) is an American fashion designer.

Miller graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design, studying at the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture during her year.
