LaSalle completes Mad Ave. lease.


Jones Lang LaSalle Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) is a major real estate and money management services firm headquartered in the Aon Center in Chicago, Illinois and the only company in its industry making it into Fortune magazine's list of the 100 Best Places to Work in the U.S.  has completed a lease with J.W. O'Connor & Co. Inc. at 535 Madison Avenue Madison Avenue, celebrated street of Manhattan, borough of New York City. It runs from Madison Square (23d St.) to the Madison Bridge over the Harlem River (138th St.). In the 1940s and 50s, some of the major U.S. . The real estate investment company signed for 14,371 square feet in the building for more than 10 years.

The building owner, Madison Tower Associates L.P., was represented by Barbara Winter, senior vice president, Frank Doyle, managing director, and Douglas Neye, associate, of Jones Lang LaSalle's New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 office. The tenant was represented by CB Richard Ellis CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. NYSE: CBG is a multinational real estate corporation currently based in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.. On December 20, 2006, the corporation, also known as CBRE, completed acquisition of Trammell Crow Co. in a transaction valued at $2. . The building is managed by developer Park Tower Realty.

J.W. O'Connor & Co. took the entire 23rd floor at the 489,144-square-foot 535 Madison Avenue building. The close proximity to the tenant's previous location at 399 Park Avenue, just one block away, and Madison Tower Associates' citywide reputation for providing white-glove services were crucial factors in J.W. O'Connor's decision to sign for space at 535 Madison Avenue.
