As of 2006, the city has a population of 1,256,951. for $91.2 million; the Holiday Inn Downtown in Washington, DC for $44.6 million; and the Best Western University Tower Hotel in Seattle, Washington for $26.4 million. The hotels are being acquired from unrelated sellers in separate transactions. The transactions are all expected to close by January 31, 2006; however, they are subject to customary closing conditions and certain approvals.
