LUPO JOINS ARCADIS TO ENHANCE ENVIRONMENTAL RISK ASSESSMENT.

Mark J. Lupo, Ph.D., has joined ARCADIS Geraghty & Miller, an environmental and engineering services consulting firm, as a senior scientist in its Houston, Texas, office.

He will provide specialized quantitative analysis support in assessing environmental risk in the arenas of litigation and real estate transactions.

Dr. Lupo offers more than 12 years of experience in assessing the fate and transport of hazardous chemical constituents in the environment. He specializes in providing litigation support, conducting multimedia computer simulations, ranking liabilities, and using land treatment for petroleum industry wastes. He holds degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in mathematics and the earth sciences. Prior to joining ARCADIS Geraghty & Miller, Dr. Lupo worked with KW Brown & Associates, Inc., an environmental consulting firm, where he served as technical director for more than five years.
