Jeff Wagner was promoted to executive vice president, oriented strand board Oriented strand board, or OSB, or waferboard, or Sterling board (UK), is an engineered wood product formed by layering strands (flakes) of wood in specific orientations. Wagner has spent his 26-year professional career with LP. Previously, he held the position of vice president forest resources, supply management and logistics. Prior to this appointment, he was LP's vice president, procurement, logistics and supply management. Luoma, who joined LP in 1987, has held a variety of positions including director of forest resources and northern regional operations manager for OSB. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Forestry from Humboldt State University, and has completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Tennessee Center for Executive Education. Jim Lake was promoted to vice president, OSB manufacturing from his position as director of manufacturing, OSB. In this position, Lake is responsible for the operations of 14 OSB mills in the US and Canada, with over 1800 employees. He has spent his 21-year professional career with LP working in positions of plant manager, and regional manager of OSB. Lake holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Administration from Kennedy-Western University.
