 MODERATE-INCOME PENNSYLVANIANS TO BE ANNOUNCED 9:30 A.M. TOMORROW
 /Editors: Please be advised that the time for following event has been changed to 9:30 a.m., rather than as originally announced./
 A proposed low-cost health insurance program designed for thousands of low- and moderate-income Pennsylvanians will be announced tomorrow, Jan. 14, at 9:30 a.m.
 The planned health care coverage is designed and priced especially for young families and working Pennsylvanians who have no health insurance. Developed by Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Pennsylvania, the proposed program is to be reviewed by the state's Insurance Department.
 Participants in the news conference include: Gus Georgiadis of Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania; George Grode of Pennsylvania Blue Shield; Allen G. Kukovich, Pennsylvania House of Representatives majority policy chairman and a sponsor of current health care legislation.
 When: Tuesday, Jan. 14, at 9:30 a.m.
