LORAL ACQUIRES MICROCOM CORPORATION FOR $7 MILLION.
Microcom Corporation, Warminster, Pa., designs and manufactures communications and telemetry components and systems for airborne applications used by the U.S. Department of Defense and the aerospace industry.
