LOCKHEED REPORTS TENTATIVE CONTRACT.

At the Skunk Works, the agreement covers about 2,000 mechanics, technicians, assemblers, some clerical personnel and some maintenance workers, Fetig said.

Talks had begun at each local company in December and shifted to San Antonio at the beginning of February, Lockheed Martin said.

The company said further details of the new agreements are being withheld pending ratification votes by the union local memberships.
