Emily Westerberg, scoreless at halftime, finished with 10 points and 11 rebounds for the Sun Devils (17-7, 9-5), who overcame a slow first half to post their most points in conference play.

Dee-Dee Wheeler scored 25 points, making four 3-pointers to lead Arizona (17-8, 9-5), which went 11-for-16 from beyond the arc on the way to its second win since snapping a three-game losing streak.

Wheeler also had 11 rebounds to lead Arizona to a 45-43 edge on the glass. Shawntinice Polk had 17 points, Natalie Jones scored 15 and Danielle Adefeso contributed 12 points and 10 rebounds.

--Pepperdine 69, Portland 58:Jennifer Lacy scored 25 points and pulled 12 rebounds in 38 minutes of play as visiting Pepperdine (10-14, 6-5) scored a West Coast Conference victory.

Syreeta Stafford and Jasmane Clarendon both had 12 points and Kelsey Ball added seven points and nine rebounds for Pepperdine, which led 33-29 at the half.
