Track & Field: This year marks the 25th Anniversary of the Las Virgenes Track Club. The purpose of the youth track club has always been to promote a healthy vehicle for training the youth of our community in the sport of track and field.

The Las Virgenes Track Club is a non-profit organization A non-profit organization (abbreviated "NPO", also "non-profit" or "not-for-profit") is a legally constituted organization whose primary objective is to support or to actively engage in activities of public or private interest without any commercial or monetary profit purposes. , and all of the coaches and other adult personnel are volunteers. Tryouts are for all players ages 8-15. Little League Division Tryouts will be held both Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the major fields. Senior Division Tryouts (ages 13-15) are Saturday, February 1 only from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the Senior field. Registrations will also be accepted Saturday and Sunday for those players not yet signed up. In all age categories (5-15) and divisions.

The Church League, which is especially for church member teams, plays on Monday nights while the Coed League plays on Sunday afternoon/evening. The cost for Church and Coed League is $460 per team plus a $25 refundable forfeit fee. League fees cover all costs.

The district offers Women's Slow Pitch Leagues, which play on Thursday evenings. The cost is $460 per team plus a $25 refundable forfeit fee.

Registration forms are now available at the District Office and will be accepted beginning Monday through February 7 (sooner if leagues fill) for Coed, Church and Women's Slow Pitch. Teams can register at the Sycamore Drive Community Center, 1692 Sycamore Drive, Simi Valley.

Men's registration is Tuesday, February 4, at the District office. First Priority Teams (Fall Tues/Wed/Friday Teams) will register from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Second Priority Teams (Fall Mon/Thursday Teams) will register from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

New teams are required to pay a $100 deposit to enter the league lottery on Tuesday between 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. The lottery is held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 4. The league fee is $460 plus a $25 refundable forfeit fee. If you have any questions or need a registration form, please call (805) 584-4400.
