Liquefied natural gas (LNG)

The OceanWay project would be built 28 miles off the coast of Los Angeles by Woodside Natural Gas Inc., a U.S. subsidiary of Perth, Australia-based Woodside Petroleum Woodside Petroleum Limited is an Australian petroleum exploration and production company. It is a public company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and has its headquarters in Perth, Western Australia.  Ltd. The company first submitted its proposal in August 2006. The project consists of a system of buoys that would connect to an existing natural gas network through undersea pipelines.
