LITEL ANNOUNCES "CUSTOMERS AND COLLEAGUES" PROMOTION
COLUMBUS, Ohio, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- LiTel Telecommunications

Corporation today announced a special holiday greeting long-distance discount promotion -- "Customers and Colleagues" -- available to its 30,000 business customers.
The "Customers and Colleagues" special promotional mailing gives LiTel's business customers an opportunity to offer their own customers, colleagues and associated businesses great long distance savings.
Any current LiTel customer that has one of their customers or colleagues sign up with LiTel as their long distance carrier will receive a bonus credit equalling 25 percent of the referred customer's interstate long distance in July 1992. And those new customers that select LiTel as a result of this special offer will receive a 25 percent bonus credit off their July 1992 interstate long-distance usage. All credits will be applied to August 1992 bills.
LiTel customers can start their own "Customers and Colleagues" group by calling 800-837-1426 with the names and phone numbers of those business customers they wish to add. There is no limit to the number of businesses a customer may refer. LiTel will contact those customers and colleagues so they can easily join the holiday program and enjoy high-quality, reliable long distance service in 1992.
"Businesses are continually looking for opportunities to cut their costs from day to day," said LiTel President Thomas J. Wynne. "Our existing customers are already enjoying a savings of up to 30 percent over AT&T, MCI and Sprint. This program is an ideal way for our customers to realize additional savings and also solidify their relationships with valued customers and colleagues."
