 LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION: EXPRESS TRAFFIC ON TELEVISION
 BALA CYNWYD, Pa., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Beginning Sept. 1, Express Broadcast Services will provide live traffic reports for KYW-TV 3, Philadelphia, announced Express President and General Manager Al McGowan.
 "Channel 3 and Express share a dedication to the most accurate, up-to-the-minute, technologically advanced traffic information in the Delaware Valley", said McGowan. "I am gratified that they have chosen us to provide their traffic reports and am delighted to add Channel 3 to our growing affiliate list."
 KYW-3 News Director Scott Herman said he shares McGowan's enthusiasm. "I have been very impressed with Express Traffic's commitment to take TV traffic to the next level. The addition of traffic cams to an already extensive traffic reporting system makes KYW-3's traffic a unique and valuable service to our viewers. We are looking forward to a long and mutually successful relationship between KYW-3 and Express," said Herman.
 Express Broadcast Services provides traffic, news, weather, and sports information and reports to media outlets in the Philadelphia broadcast market. In New York, Los Angeles, Houston and Chicago, the company operates under the name Shadow Broadcast Services. Shadow and Express have approximately 150 affiliates nationwide.
