LIBYA - Profile - Mohammed Taher Yousef.The man in charge of the Oilinvest group's day-to-day business, Yousef is executive vice president of Oilinvest International N.V. and vice chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Bold and dynamic, he has been a leading expert in oil marketing with a background in Shell.
