LIBRARY UPGRADES WEB SITE'S FEATURES.Byline: - Daily News PALMDALE - The Palmdale City Library has launched a redesigned, interactive Web site. The site, which was designed by library staffers, lets people check the library's collection for books and other materials and provides a map and schedule for bookmobile stops. ``With the redesigned Web site, users will be able to get to the library's catalog catalog, descriptive list, on cards or in a book, of the contents of a library.
