LI contract has quality and quantity.

First Quality Maintenance (FQM), a New York-based cleaning and maintenance service firm, has been awarded the contract to provide cleaning services for EAB Plaza, the tallest and largest premier office complex on Long Island.

The Class A complex, totaling 1.1 million sq. ft. in Uniondale features two 15-story glass towers connected by a three-story lower-level, lobby, an ice-skating rink, a 60-foot cascading indoor waterfall and a winter garden.

Galaxy LI Associates, a joint venture between the Moinian Group and C&K Properties in conjunction with David Werner acquired EAB Plaza this past September for approximately $200 million.
