LI appraisers elect 2007 president.

, has been elected 2007 president of the Long Island Chapter of the Appraisal Institute The Appraisal Institute (Institute), headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, is an international association of professional real estate appraisers.[1] It was founded in January 1991 when the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers (AIREA) and the , a professional membership association of real estate appraisers that is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. Serving the Nassau and Suffolk counties of Long Island, the chapter encourages local real estate appraisers to earn Appraisal Institute professional membership designations and promotes competent and reliable appraisal services to the property-owning public.

Marmorale is president of Realty Valuation Consultants in Bethpage, and has been an appraiser A person selected or appointed by a competent authority or an interested party to evaluate the financial worth of property.

Appraisers are frequently appointed in probate and condemnation proceedings and are also used by banks and real estate concerns to determine the market
 for more than 22 years, specializing in Manhattan Residential Real Estate. He is a graduate of Hofstra University Hofstra University (hŏf`strə, hôf`–), at Hempstead, N.Y.; coeducational. Founded as a division of New York Univ. in 1935, it became independent in 1940, and its name was changed to Hofstra College.  with a B.A. degree in History. He earned his SRA designation in 1990, has been an member of the Chapter's Executive Board since 2003. In addition, he has served the Long Island Chapter as Residential Admissions and Guidance Chair.

In addition to membership in the Appraisal Institute, Marmorale is an active member of the community and a member of the Bethpage Dad's Club.
