One Nazir Javed, a voter from the constituency of Jamshed Dasti had filed application in LHC Multan bench taking the plea that Jamshed Dasti be not allowed to contest by polls as he was holding fake degree. He heard the stances of both the sides and delivered verdict that the application had been filed by a voter who was not entitled to do so.
