A formal act of civility, courtesy, or respect. 3. , and you should know this story has made me a hero to my grandkids! I'm also deeply grateful to you for helping me to get the Focus:HOPE story out to the community and for encouraging others to participate in our annual walk. What a pity that these kinds of efforts don't get the play that all the bad news gets.
