Fred Shuster's positive review of Beck Hansen's Greek Theatre concert (L.A. Dear L.A. Life: Bless Minnie Driver, David Duchovny and an excellent cast for bringing back the sweet, clean, funny and romantic kind of movie that I loved as I was growing up.

``Return to Me'' has renewed my faith, as a longtime movie fan, that the industry can, in fact, provide a story that I don't have to feel embarrassed to sit through with members of my family of all ages.

In 1996, we attended 90 movies. Our attendance has gone down, year by year since, as the bad language, moral content and violence have continued to escalate. Obviously the industry is playing to a younger generation, and that would be acceptable if some of the ``old-fashioned'' values could be retained.

We love the movies - let us have more like ``Return to Me,'' ``Music of the Heart,'' ``Runaway Bride'' - give us a break.
