Saxton (born 1954, Albany, Oregon) is a lawyer[1] and Republican politician in Oregon. He graduated from Albany High School in 1972, earned a bachelors degree from Willamette University in 1976[2]  generated the most letters, but a couple of other contests weren't far behind. Lots of writers weighed in on the 4th Congressional District race between incumbent Democrat Peter DeFazio and Republican Jim Feldkamp. State legislative races in Senate District 7 between incumbent Democrat Vicki Walker and Republican Jim Torrey and House District 14 between incumbent Republican Debi Farr and Democrat Chris Edwards drew multiple letters.
