LENDERS ASSOCIATION OFFERS A FIXED, HIGH YIELD INVESTMENT

CHERRY HILL, N.J., Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Lenders Association, Inc., a privately held mortgage banking firm licensed by the departments of Banking in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, today announced a high rate Subordinated Investment Certificate. Lenders offers an 8 percent annual rate on a minimum investment of just $1,000 for a term of 24 months.
These Subordinated Investment Certificates pay a highly competitive interest rate when compared to other investments of similar maturities. They also provide the opportunity to earn high fixed rates and eliminate the risk of market fluctuations which may affect principal or interest rate. In addition, Subordinated Investment Certificates can be invested through IRA, Keogh and other retirement plans.
Unlike many other investments, there are no hidden fees or commissions, Lenders Association said. The investor pays nothing extra and nothing is deducted. Every dollar of the investment earns interest, which is paid quarterly.
Subordinated Investment Certificates are promissory notes issued by Lenders Association, Inc. Each Subordinated Investment Certificate represents Lenders' promise to return the investor's principal in full, and pay the stated fixed rate of interest until the certificate is redeemed.
This offer is made by prospectus only to residents of New Jersey. For a free prospectus and information kit, call Lenders Association, Inc. at 800-729-3696.
