On Leap Year leap year: see calendar.  February 29th my grandpa will probably make me go surfing even thought I don't no how. I'll stand on the surfboard and float away. Then pretty soon I'll fall off and float to shore.

My friend was on born on leap-year. What she would do is every year that wasn't leap year she would celebrate her birthday on Feb. 28. Then, every four years when it is her real birthday she would have an extra big party to celebrate her birthday which only comes once every four years.
