LEADING TELEMARKETER & VERTICAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPER ANNOUNCE COMPUTER-DRIVEN, TURNKEY CALL CENTER SOLUTION

 PLEASANTON, Calif., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Zacson Systems, a division of Zacson Corp. and Information Management Associates Inc. (IMA), today announced a strategic alliance to jointly develop and market turnkey call center solutions.
 This relationship allows businesses to source a comprehensive telemarketing solution that has not been available from a single source until now. The offering includes all the tools and support services needed to design, implement and operate a call center, from computer hardware and software, to staffing and management. Call centers are comprised of people who use automated systems to do business, such as inbound and outbound sales and/or customer service, over the phone.
 A client company will receive: hardware and customized (vertical market-specific) software applications based on IMA's Edge TeleBusiness Software System. This combination will be integrated into the customer's existing platforms. Also included are telecommunications design and management, systems administration and database management along with the staffing, training and operations. The complete package will give customers the ability to manage information for turnkey call center solutions to increase sales and customer service performance.

On- going operational costs will also be reduced by an additional 10 percent to 30 percent. This is attributed to Zacson's experience in call center management and the ability to design customized vertical market software applications with the Edge product.
 The two companies will jointly develop vertical market applications designed initially for high technology, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and financial services industries.
